QSL policy

Please QSL via LoTW, which is my preferred route.

I have an eQSL account, but I don't really use it.

If I receive a card direct or via the buro I will always return a card via the same route, with the following caveats:

• If I have already sent you a card for the same band/mode, I will not send another unless you say you didn't receive it, or you indicate a special reason for wanting another QSL.
  
• I will not return a card if your card is not marked 'PSE QSL'.
